We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I did not purchase but only got a quote. I then got a follow-up phone call at 10am on a Sunday morning. I dont think this is appropriate for business insurance

I didn't purchase a policy from Hiscox because when compared to similar quotes your excess was 100% bigger and your premium was over 200% higher.
