I am sorry to hear that some of your plants were undersized and damaged upon delivery, we obviously always endeavor to send plants of the correct specification; though, being a big team, mistakes can sometimes occur and I apologise for this. All plants undergo rigorous quality checks prior to despatch - I have arranged a meeting with our despatch manager to ensure all members of the despatch team are reminded of the importance of these checks. We can of course arrange to collect your order and offer a full refund. Alternatively we can refund you the difference between these plants and the next size down.
