Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you've found the RootGrow tricky to use. I have taken on board the comments in regard to the fibrous root system, and will bare this in mind when reviewing the usage guide. Thank you for this valuable feedback. You should find the RootGrow highly effective. It is, in the opinion of many gardening professionals, an essential planting product. Although some buds may have been breaking upon delivery I can assure you that you were still in plenty of time for the bare root season, and I am certain that you will find a very low failure rate. I am sure that your hedge will flourish come the spring, and hope that we have plenty of sunny weather for you to enjoy it.
