From your description of the potted plants we supplied to you I would suggest the box these were delivered in was not handled with sufficient care whilst in transit thus causing some of the plants to become lose in their pots. Should any of the plants (including the bare root plants that would seem to have dried out significantly whilst in transit) not prosper please do contact me and I'll arrange to despatch replacements free of charge. Thank you for your valuable feedback. I am pleased to hear that our team were helpful to you over the phone. Leylandii tend not to be very bushy at a young age however you should find that they bush out very quickly as the spring progresses. Should you wish to place a future order with us, we can of course send photographs of the plants to offer an indication of the size and shape of the plants in advance of your order. I do hope that your hedge will quickly become dense and beautiful. Obviously should you have any problems with the future establishment of your plants we will review the situation for you.
