Having reviewed our records I understand the initial order we despatched was for reasons we have ben unable to identify delayed in transit by our carriers. During this delay we despatched further plants to you free of charge. I'm not clear which of the deliveries your comments relate to although given your feedback should any of the plants we supplied not prosper please contact me and I'll arrange to despatch replacements without charge. Thank you for your feedback. I am surprised to hear that some of the plants were pot bound, regardless of their special offer status, we always action rigorous quality checks prior to despatch - with this in mind I have arranged a meeting with our despatch manager to ensure all members of the despatch team are reminded of the importance of these checks.
