I have reviewed our records relating to your order and can see from your exchange of e-mails with our Sales and Service Team (including the response detailed below) that we addressed your concerns immediately. As confirmed by my colleague we will given your feedback gladly replace free of charge any of the plants we have supplied to you that do not prosper. Please accept my sincere apologies for the difficulties you experienced with your order. I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with the quality of the plants you have received. I have shown your photographs to our Horticultural Director and he has assured me that the plants are healthy. The plants have just begun to bud, they have been freshly lifted and then kept in a cold store to keep them in a dormant state. The temperature of the cold store has left the start of the new growth to look less visually attractive. Now you have the plants in the ground they will begin thrive and develop new foliage. We would expect that you would have more than the expected failure rate of 10%. Should you have a failure rate above this, we would of course replace these plants free of charge at the beginning of the next bare root season.
