I am very pleased that you feel the products are of good quality but am sorry to hear that you had a poor experience in terms of delivery. We have kept on top of our despatch volume over the past few very busy weeks but on this occasion your order must have slipped through, hence the delivery a day later than expected. In terms of delivery to an incorrect address, i can only apologize on the behalf of our carriers. Once items leave our site we have put our trust in our carriers. We have worked hard to ensure a strong working relationship with them over the years, to guarantee a great quality service. In this instance it sounds like a mistake has been made in delivering to the correct address.
