Your statement that Hedges Direct Limited operates under at least one other name is incorrect, we only trade under the style of Hedges Direct. As you will see from our Feefo feedback we have many satisfied customers (our rating is over 95% from a significant number of respondents)and all our team are focused on delivering the highest quality products and services. Having checked our records there was no instruction on the order that you placed by telephone regarding an agreed delivery date although it is of course possible that a misunderstanding occurred with one of my colleagues. As with providing any living product delays can sometimes arise with the supply of plants that even with the best of planning cannot be forecasted. A full refund was issued on the 4th April this being the time you instructed us to cancel your order (5 working days after you had placed this). As you will have seen we take great care when packing the plants and trees we supply, although despite this, on rare occasions items (as with the supply of any goods) can be damaged in transit.
