Hawthorn is a native, deciduous species, so they will lose their leaves during autumn and will look rather sorry for themselves over autumn and winter. They will burst back into leaf again in spring. Poor plant condition, poor service.

The condition of the Pyracantha was very poor with what looks like “rust” on the leaves. I will not be planting them. I contacted the company with my complaint but there has been no response.

All resolved. Replacement plants arrived quickly and in good condition. I don’t know what happened with the original plant delivery but Customer Care certainly resolved it all.
