Well organised, more care needed with descriptions
Easy to book and were helpful when there was a problem. They do need to make sure that their hotel descriptions are accurate as we felt our expectations regarding the had not been met. Nonetheless...

Super holiday in a beautiful valley.

Headwater provided a holiday as stated only let down was the hotel and the lack of other guests .
I had been to the Dolomites with headwater in July and it was such a wonderful experience that I had no hesitation in booking with them again . As I said the Italian experience was just amazing so...
