We are sorry that occasionally our customers have to preorder certain items. Unexpectedly high levels of sales can mean we sell out of stock. We work very hard to restock as quickly as possible and try to keep our customers informed on estimated delivery dates on these occasions
Hair isn’t the best quality. Gets very matted and tangled when wearing it which other extensions haven’t done before. Wouldn’t buy again. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Although i received my hair piece on time I was given no tracking information as stated - the clip to attach the piece to my own hair actually fell off before i could even wear the item. Not great.

Absolutely love my new clip ins. 3rd set I’ve brought from hair rehab and they are such amazing quality. The customer service is great and the colour match service is brilliant.
Email for colour match was ignored, took a chance, colour ordered wasn’t suitable and then couldn’t access the returns form so couldn’t send it back.
