This is the second time that Hair Rehab London had advertised a product in stock and then taken my money and then emailed saying it was out of stock.

I'm really sorry this has happened to you twice 😳. We email all customers (usually on the same day) who have placed a preorder to advise them of a restock date but we did have a few teething issues with a new warehouse system which have caused the issue you encountered but this has now been resolved.
Quality not good and totally different colour. Waited weeks for refund.

I am sorry you were not happy with your order. We advise our customers that we process returns within fourteen working days of receipt by us, however this is usually a much shorter period of time. I am happy to look into this for you if you can email enquiries@hairrehablondon.com.
Sorry you have been disappointed with our personal colour match service. In the vast majority of cases we get it spot on, however, working from photographs occasionally we don’t. Poor quality and colour match wrong when I sent back they said no refund because I opened the packaging!!! Do not order!

Sorry you have been disappointed with our personal colour match service. In the vast majority of cases we get it spot on, however, working from photographs occasionally we don’t. But you are able to return any unsuitable shades for a refund as long as the return meets our terms and conditions.
Colour I wanted said it was in stock, ordered and paid then customer service said it wasn’t.
