Bad quality. They want you to print the address in a sticker to send it back and I don’t want to talk about the colour match. Really disappointed

Sorry you have been disappointed with our personal colour match service. In the vast majority of cases we get it spot on, however, working from photographs occasionally we don’t. But you are able to return any unsuitable shades for a refund and can either arrange return shipping yourself or use our PrePaid Returns Label via the website which can be printed off at home or by the Post Office.
The colour is nice the quality is not great but it’s not enough hair .

I'm sorry we did not meet your quality expectations on this occasion. In general, our 180 gram extensions are usually enough weight to blend with most hair types, however, we do offer our Ultimate Extensions at 280 grams.
I used the colour match service and couldn’t be happier. Very good quality fast delivery and used a discount code as it was was my first order , highly recommended
