I am sorry you felt the aftercare you received was unhelpful. We have a strict hygiene policy so that when our customers order an item, they can be reassured it is new and unworn. We are always happy to provide a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions but we do require that the product is returned unused in the original packaging and with relevant hygiene seals intact. We can however appreciate this may be frustrating for our customers to hear when they have removed the 'Void if Removed' hygiene stickers.
