Ok that’s fair enough but I think it should be made much clearer because I’ve never known such a long delivery time - normal delivery elsewhere is a max of say 5 days but when you’re talking 2 weeks it’s insane. Thanks for your response and at least now I know.
It’s still great value for money but I’ve just worn it twice and it’s starting to look a bit tired already.
It’s also very shiny so looks quite synthetic- but the clips are really strong and it stays...

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback 😊 We recommend a spritz of dry shampoo to knock the shine off our hairpieces if you prefer a more matt finish. A gentle condition following the instructions on our FAQ's will revive tired looking hair pieces and keeping them in a hair hanger will prolong life.
