We offer a range of delivery services, whilst our free option is a slower service that suits the budget conscious, if you are in a hurry we have a range of paid shipping options up to Next Day Pre 9am delivery. We have also reviewed our free service and it is now approximately 7 days.
It sheds quite badly! Wasn’t expecting that. And it’s impossible to blend with my hair so I won’t be able to wear it which is a shame. But quick delivery and nice packaging.

Thank you for your positive feedback on the quality of our hair. I'm sorry you had a bad experience when purchasing from our Salon Professional Range. As advised on the product pages, it is for purchase by Salon Professionals only who will have had the chance to see the client in person and have the wealth of colour matching and extension fitting experience that enables them to make a personal recommendation for each client. It is much harder to match our Salon Professional range products to our retail customers due to the nature of how the products are fitted and can be tailored to provide bespoke colour matches, hair contouring or required colour effects such as balayage or ombre. Nonetheless, I'm sorry that this left you feeling the responder had been rude and I have fed this back to the team.
