Sorry you are still waiting for your product. Very occasionally we have to reject stock that does not meet our strict quality control. This can mean delays for our customers but we would rather this, than sell sub-standard quality products.
Horrible hair quality, even my hairdresser said it is bad. Do not buy the ‘human hair’ from this company

I'm sorry you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from date of receipt to return any products to us that you are not happy with. Just to clarify, this is a synthetic hair piece, not human hair.
very expensive poor quality.
had to return and took weeks to get my money back even though I used signed for delivery
