Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, very much appreciated. I'm glad the delivery reached you on time and you found the SMS notification useful. Just a quick comment regarding the packaging, we're not always able to keep the original boxes due to Health and Safety laws (specifically fire risk) so I do apologise for the guitar not arriving in it's original box. With regards to the problems you've had with the intonation, we do always ask that the guitars are checked prior to dispatch but this obviously wasn't picked up on. With this is mind, please drop me an email direct to support@guitarguitar.co.uk if there's anything else you need in the future and I'll make sure you're well looked after

Thanks for your feedback. I've had a look at your order and can see that you contacted us 10 weeks after receiving your product from GuitarGuitar. I'm sorry if you feel it was unfair of us not to refund your order. We do offer a 7 day return period in which you can return goods if they're not quite right for you, but obviously you were well outside of this time period.
