Thanks for your feedback. I've had a look at your order and can see that there was some disruption on the roads around the time you placed your order due to severe weather conditions which were affecting the whole of the country. This will explain why there was the 24 hour delay in getting the straplocks to you. I am nonetheless sorry that it has left you feeling disgruntled and hope it hasn't put you off shopping with us online in the future
