I do apologise for the problems you experienced. Your policy was purchased via moneysupermarket.com and there seems to have been a technical error when payment was taken.
We honoured the original price you were quoted and refunded the difference to you as soon as you called us. Unfortunately a duplicate refund occurred at this time which was also corrected.
I am sorry that you didn’t receive the level of service you expected and would like to take the opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
