I’m sorry that you felt you received too many emails, we send these to ensure people are aware that their current policy is about to expire.
With regards to going through everything again, we do ask that you complete the medical screening process again when you renew as medical conditions can change over the course of a year. It’s very important to ensure that your medical information is accurate and up to date so that your travel insurance is valid.
