We were trying to reach out to check if you were aware that the tickets booked on your reservation were with hand baggage only. In case you needed checked-in baggage, you could purchase it with us prior to ticket issuance, or directly with the airline once the tickets are issued.
We understand that the strange missed call made you uncomfortable and the callback was not ideal - we will look into it to make sure it won't happen again. We would like to offer our sincere apologies for that. This was not an up-sell on our behalf - more so as an extension of customer service so that you are fully aware of the limitations of the fare offered for your reservation.
