The baggage additional timeline is limited to 5.30 PM, as you would not be able to get in touch with our customer services team after 6.00 PM, and we risk losing the fare booked for your reservation.
We are currently working on our website to ensure that baggage information is more prominent and visible for all customers.

Our website picks up the best available fares available through the airline fare distribution system, and compared to a particular carrier, a third party travel agent has much lesser flexibility in terms of additional services that can be provided along with the reservation. However, you could choose your seats when you log in to check for your flight's details on the Airline's website using the e-ticket we have provided.
