With regards to the booking you have made, we always show baggage-related information on our website under the tab “More information”. If the passenger has not seen the information on the website, we send the confirmation email with attached Itinerary under title “Meal and Luggage”. We also have dedicated a team to who will call/send an email to passengers to check if are aware of this. We would like to apologize again for the issue that has cropped up, but as a travel agency, our options are limited as our website picks up the lowest fare available and then provides it to the passenger who makes a search for it.
