If you can book direct through the airway instead
Needed to change a single letter on a name. Virgin allowed it to be done for free but it had to be done through Globehunters at a cost of £25 instead.

The fee charged for the correction is the ticket re-issuance Admin Fee by our supplier. Please note that the tickets were already issued to you - but in order to make the correction, it has to be re-issued with the correct name which incurred an admin fee of the supplier.

Unfortunately, as a travel agent, we do not have any control over the pricing of additional checked-in luggage. Only the Airline can dictate pricing to us which in turn, pass it on to you without any extra charges. Luggage booked with us is usually cheaper as compared to booking luggage at the airport. We would like to apologize again for the issue that has cropped up, but as a travel agency, our options are limited as our website picks up the lowest fare available and then provides it to the passenger who makes a search for it.
