Terrible service. Took money for flights that wasn’t available and took far
By having flights available that they take money for and issuing refund faster when ones issued due to there negligence

Hi! We have been investigating your case internally and as we have been informed from our customer service team, thatyou booking with KLM to Bangkok failed and the available flight was with loss of approx 3k. We offered alternative date at no extra cost but you requested to book one way flight with Emirates. We took confirmation from you and refunded the difference in the prise within 2 days. We are sorry that your experience is not the one expected. All the best!

Easy to use and the price for the flight was what I was expecting. The only problem I have is that lack of instructions for how to connect with the airline I have the ticket with! Chinese!!!

We have been investigating your case internally and as we have been informed from our customer service team, that you initially made a booking with Incorrect name and we couln't reach you on the phone or email. At the end we had to charge a cancellation fee as per your request and you are geting a full refund for the rest. We are sorry we couldn't; meet your expectations.

HI Mavyreen ,yes only the surname was not included , and due that I was asked to pay 150 pounds for the addition ,which i couldn't afford so i had no choice .but to re request for a cancellation ,and for a cancellation so i had to pay 45 pounds .Which i was very disappointed

I searched for the flight on Kayak platform, and your price also showed up . My details search was with 2 checking luggage SSP, after payment your receipt show that 2 checking luggage was not included and this was Virgin Atlantic ticket from London to Lagos Nigeria. Even your website is not in any way clear or stated otherwise order than your terms and conditions. For me I will not buy ticket from you again or encourage peppy to patronise you.

Whilst I thank you for responding, your reply is misleading. I checked with each of the airlines involved and they all confirmed their baggage allowances and that they were included free of charge. Granted that the allowances were free of charge, how is it that you charged for each leg of the trip ie. 6 x £40 or £320? This is just profiteering. How is that each leg miraculously was the exact same amount of £40? What an amazing coincidence! It is insulting to try and hoodwink people with such a transparent money-grab. Your competitors were £43 more than your advertised price and that 100% included baggage allowance. I suggest that you deduct £43 from the amount I was forcibly charged, and refund me the difference of £277. Hiding behind poorly visible information online is a lame excuse and a reflection of the poor attitude Globehunters clearly have to your clients.
