Fast response, expensive price
You will later find out their price is more or less the same as you buy from airline directly., while they have even more strict rule on making change and refund.

Not happy with the additional charges.
Charging customers extra charges after booking and paying for the ticket is absolutely unfair and I think is a scam

Stressful but ok in the end.
Booking became stressful because initially it did not include baggage when it should have been. Had to call a few times, when it was dealt nicely, before it was sorted.
