When booking it said JAL airlines. After booking realised it was BA. Felt it was misleading.

Overall good price and experience
Booking process smooth, but the tickets took a couple of days to be issued which was a little strange

Not great. Not terrible.
It is fine but it is not clear that you had to pay extra for baggage which was annoying and it took two phone calls and an email to actually get my e-tickets - service on the calls was pretty poor.
