Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Rude customer service, hidden fees!

Train your customer service people not to speak over the customer and not to come out with hidden charges after payment had been made for additional items such as baggage!!!!

Booked tickets, didn’t realise there was no luggage had to pay extra. 3 weeks later and still not received any confirmation or tickets. Called to enquire and keep being told 10 days but still nothing
