I just rang the office asking for my ticket as I was told today I would get it. (9 days after booking it ) The staff told me it will have to be another two days before I will get my ticket I don’t know whether I can trust this? . I’m starting to worry now because will I actually get my ticket or not ? I need to start planning for my trip but I can’t move on to do so until I confirm my flight! Slow to communicate
Unimpressed with level and speed of communication after booking and have had to chase multiple times in regards to booking queries to then be given the wrong details to access our itinerary

This would seem to be the standard reply from this company to the same issues for a good few months. It would appear that they have little or no intention of amending their booking site so they continue, in my opinion, scam unsuspecting travellers.
