I was alarmed to read that a gemstone had fallen out of the ring that you received (Size 7 AAA Tanzanite & Ratanakiri Zircon 10k Gold Ring ADVJ89.7) and would very much like to take the opportunity to put right our wrong.
On checking the availability of this piece, I can see that we can replace it for you and cover the cost of your return postage, to return the ring for a closer inspection to find out where the error lay in the manufacturing process. Of course if you would rather receive a full refund for the ring instead of a replacement we would be happy to provide that again refunding your return postage.
