I have never had bad experience with customer service or anyone at gemporia or rocks tv. I have called twice to take advantage of their lowest price guarantee and my account was credited...
we apologise that your topaz was damaged. The refund process is usually done within 7 business days however waiting for returns to arrive back in the UK does delay this further, I can assure you that we process all refunds as quickly as possible, Our T&C's advise that returns can take up to 30 days.
