The BEST there is . The whole company in general is wonderful. I have not had any bad experience with the company. Steve Bennett is fun to watch, He is very educational and knows what he's talking about. Loved him and the rest of the hosts.
I love being able to shop by narrowing selections by size, metal, gemstone, and price range or by watching streaming video of either gemstv or rockstv to place an order.
Simply put, I love watching and buying online. The only thing I would suggest would be to allow multi-buys (even if there's a limit). Sometimes I want the same piece for myself and my mom, and...
Always great to work with. I'm a little finicky, so I'm happy that their return process is so convenient. However, it is a little slow.
