I like your new website; although, quite often by the time I sort through the pages to get to the checkout button on your website the item has sold out. Also, you need to sell size 6 and 8. I have so many rings that I need to have resized I can't afford to buy any more jewelry. Also, it takes too long to get a refund on an item that has been returned. You advertise 30 days, this is not true. I had to send numerous emails to inquire about my refund (it had been 2 months), and I was told to send my bank statements to prove that I had not been refunded my money. Then amazingly the money appeared in my bank account the next day!!!!!! Unfortunately, I believe I am done with Rock TV.

We issue refunds within 30 days of the item been sent back to us. On occasion when goods are sent from New York where our shipping address for US customers is based they can be held up at customs which is out of our control but looking at your account I do not believe that this was the case as it was refunded on our side within that time. However there is a point between ourselves and you when your card provider needs to clear the funds. This is usually within 3-5 working days but some card providers will take longer as they unfortunately did in this case.
I'm sorry that the other parcel went missing on it's way to our New York shipping address. I hope that USPS are able to sort this out for you soon. If you need any details for your claim please do not hesitate to contact us.

Once parcels leave the UK they are transferred to a central depot in NY where they are passed over to USPS. On this occasion the postal service has delayed the delivery of your item.
