The tracking information is telling us that as of the 12th September this was in Oak Creek WI. This should arrive in the next couple of days. If this is not the case please contact the customer services team.

I'm sorry that this was received damaged. It may be possible that this was whilst it was in transit. In either case I have given instructions to our warehouse that once this has been processed in our warehouse we will refund your order in full plus your return postage.
