Good, but requested 24 hr delivery and pd the expensive charge only to find out after I pd that they dont deliver on Saturdays. Why then charge me for 24 hr delivery.

Its now 4 days and dont have a response. I do realise it is a busy time of the year. My thoughts are I should have paid for a standard delivery, in my defence most delivery companies deliver on Saturdays and a good number on Sundays. When I chose 24 hour delivery and paid the similar price of the product I expected 24 hr deliver otherwise, I would have paid standard delivery.
