Regarding to the "rack", this is purely terminology. Racks/baskets are one in the same thing. Some manufacturers will refer to them as racks and others baskets. Nothing is missing, when the manual refers to the rack you can also take that to mean basket.

Regarding the rack, I would like to assure you that nothing is missing. To clarify the "rack" referred to in the manual is also the basket. Manufacturers use varying terminology calling them either racks, baskets or trays.

Unfortunately, because of the unit being out of stock we were reliant on the manufacturers estimates. So as not to delay things we arranged for the unit to be delivered directly from them as soon as the stock was available rather than coming to us to be forwarded on. This has however highlighted an issue with the communication between us, the manufacturer and feeding back the correct information to you.
