Hi, Thank you for your feedback on your Vegware Cups. We're pleased you like them. We take on board your point regarding the collection service. Local authorities are increasing the number of compostable collection options throughout the country and this is improving all the time. If you haven't done so already we would recommend contacting your local council and asking if this is a service currently offered. It is always difficult to get a balance between, good, reliable service and cost and there are a number of factors that we have to allow for.
