I didnt have the funds in my account and iwrote to them they passed the payement and then passed it another time and kept so i ended being -225 in my account after coupe nsf fee crazy people

First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you’ve experienced.
Upon reviewing your account, we found that the deferral request was submitted late. As a result, we were unable to process the deferral in time. Please note that loan payments begin processing three business days prior to the scheduled payment date, which means we are unable to make changes once the payment is in transit. To avoid this in the future, we kindly advise you to contact us at least four business days before your payment date if you wish to request a deferral.
