Unfortunately, sending funds via etransfer can prove to be difficult depending on phone carriers and banking institutions. Once we learned the etransfer was unable to be received on your end, our agents were able to get the funds sent in an alternative manner to help get the funds to you as quickly as possible. Our staff is trained to breakdown the process of loan approval, along with the loan document and terms. If there has been a change in plans, and a customer does not want to proceed with the loan, we do offer a 14 day grace period from the funded date for the funds to be returned and the loan to be voided.
