easyfinancial has reached out to the customer for a week via phone calls and emails but has received no response from the customer. easyfinancial always tries to service the customer to the best of our ability and get the funds deposited into the right account. When easyfinancial is sending an e-transfer to the customer, they usually have the ability to choose which instution they want the funds put into. In this case, the customers banking that was associated to that email had autodeposit on and that is why the funds got deposited into the account that the customer no longer has access too. easyfinancial was not aware of this, and if easyfinancial was aware we would not have funded it with that email. easyfinancial does apologize for this issue and will use this opportunity to give feedback and fix process to eliminate this issue from happening in the future.
