Thanks for the feedback. Really sorry that you did not like the colour of robe. It is black but not a jet black and we have actually changed it to a Dark Black when our next shipment comes in. Regarding the quality I`m surprised you were not happy as this is by far our most popular robe and we get very few complaints on the quality. On the odd occasion we get them returned as their is a fault so if you did want to return it to us for a refund then that won`t be a problem. Kind Regards fraser towelsrus.co.uk
