thanks for the e-mail. I`m really sorry that the towel was spelt incorrectly and that nobody got back to you about this. I can only assume that your e-mails was not picked up by our team (possibly went into a junk folder) as normally we respond to issues by return. I do encourage customers to call us when there is a problem, that way we can sort the issue out there and then and in most cases get a replacement the same day. If you want to call me or e-mail me directly fraser@towelsrus.co.uk with confirmaiton of what we embroidered, I will come back to you and issue a refund if we have embroidered the towel incorrectly. Please see attached your order and as you can see it was typed in as Spinning Pet, which is why we embroidered it this way. I`m not sure why your e-mails did not get through to us, it`s possible that they went into junk mail and this is why we did not act on your change of embroidery requirements. Normally if an error has been made we would suggest the customer calls us to ensure the amendment is made. If you have any further queries then please don`t hesitate to contact us.
