Sorry that you have not had a reply from us regarding this, perhaps you can let me know where you sent the e-mail to as we normally reply to any complaints very quickly. The Acrylic Blankets are not that thick, they do however retain heat and are known for being quite light while giving that extra warmth without the weight and this is the reason they are so popular, particularly with our elder customers.
