Not much use asking for feedback unless asking people who had unfortunate need to claim.
Have pressed Good but have no real comment to make.
I purchased online and got policy documents after payment.
No real service as such.
Hope never to have to ring them.

Hi, all email communications use the name of the person first entered into the system when buying the policy, therefore if you entered your fiance's name before yours then it will be addressed to him.
If you would like to chance the order of the people on the certificate, please call the office on 014783 562 662 and we will be happy to help amend this for you.

Actually I was listed first on the form as it was me sorting it all out. Just another company who insist on putting the man's name first just because he's the man. Ridiculous.
