Thank you for taking the time leave a review - we apologise that you have not had the best experience so far.
We apologise that an incorrect reference appeared on your bank statement and caused confusion. We use the reference 'Voyager Insurance Services Ltd', so your experience is not typical. We shall investigate this further to try and prevent this happening again.
Upon payment you should have received a confirmation email from SagePay, followed by an email from us which contains all of your Insurance Documents. I have now resent these to you, to the email address provided at the time of payment.
If you cannot see our email in your main inbox, please check your Spam and Junk folders to make sure the email has not slipped into there by accident.
If you are still awaiting your documents we may need to try sending these through to an alternative email address.
