I am sorry to hear of the poor experiences with your order. I do apologise for the way in which one of your plants has arrived and if you have not had a response from your email contact. I am not able to see any email contact from you within the email system we have. If this was the case we would have responded to your query within an day or two to resolve the issues. I can see you have replied to Naomi's direct email to you and hope you will able to communicate with our customer services team sucessfully through this email thread. I apologise that your original emails were not recieved, I have reported this to be investigated.

We are sorry to hear of the issues experienced with your order on this occasion, this is disappointing and certainly not the condition we hope for you to receive your plants in. We expect our plants, given the correct care after potting on and time to revive from transit, to grow on into strong and vigorous plants. WIf your plants do not recover from the affects of transit please contact our customer services team directly and they will be happy to assist you with a resolution.
