We do apologise that you have been disappointed with our tracking system, Whistl collect our orders who then hand the items over to one of three delivery companies depending on the item and location. Unfortunately with Royal Mail deliveries this is not a tracked service so once handed over we are unable to track the order any further and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Our plug plants are the smallest we offer, giving excellent value for money and allowing you to grow the plants on at home until planting out.
