Thank you for your reply. We apologise for any delay that occurred with this order and with any plants you are are waiting for. The planned despatch times provided are based on the best estimations we have for when the plants will be in optimal condition for dispatched assuming the plants respond as planned. Although we try to stick as closely as possible to published despatch dates, we believe that the most important thing is to send plants out as soon as they are in prime condition for despatch and this may not be quite as originally planned, but we are sure to dispatch them as soon as they are ready and will provide a dispatch notification email to you with your tracking number so you know when they are on the way. We do send out a notification for any crops which are pushed back significantly, but appreciate your feedback and apologise if you have felt uninformed. Kind regards, Emily, Dobies Customer Care
