Hello, Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We do state that all goods must be checked upon or within 48 hours of delivery. The doors were delivered on the 28th of March and nothing reported to us until the 25th of April which is out of the time for reporting damaged goods. Under normal circumstances, we would not have offered anything due to it being reported out with the time allowed however, as a goodwill gesture you were offered £50.00 to fix the door on site which you accepted.
