Hello, Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry the door was originally damaged. I can see the replacement was confirmed at the end of last week and it can take 4-7 working days so you should receive contact this week to book this in. For the jamb kit, I can see my colleague Neave has not refused an exchange but has asked you to return the one which was incorrectly ordered back to our warehouse by your own means. To help you and get the new jamb to you quicker, Neave has sent a quote to make payment for a new jamb kit and get this out to you ASAP. Once the original Jamb is returned and found to be in good condition, you will be refunded for the is product. We can arrange an exchange, however, we need to wait for the original jamb to be returned and if it is in good condition, we can send the new one out.
